Received From:  Fam Brownlee RJR \'61Comments: I am the historian in the NC Room at the Central Library in W-S. While trying to answer a question from Seattle about the Raylass Department Store, I somehow stumbled upon your site. You guys have done a great job!!! Although my class arrived from Ardmore School the fall after ya\'ll graduated, and you did not know us, we knew many of you, and in many cases looked up to you and had hopes of outdoing you. Not sure whether that happend or not, but we certainly had major crushes on some of your girls.Really just a thank you for creating a terrific website. We were all so lucky to attend one of the best high schools in the country.Just one note of many I might make, this regarding Bill Eskridge\'s comment. The Eskridges lived on Queen Street, my paper route, so knew them all well. Bubba Waggoner, about as good a person as one could possibly know, was my patrol leader in Boy Scout Troop 22, Ardmore Moravian Church.  The water fountain next to the lake at Raven\'s Knob is dedicated to his memory.I have passed the link to your site on to the 320 or so surviving members of my class, along with a separate link to Gray Steifel\'s wonderful piece about rock \'n\' roll heaven. Donna Steifel, Martin Street,  was in my class from grade 1 through 12.Listen to all that great rhytm \'n\' blues stuff every day, and trying to get Ziggy\'s to bring Chuck Berry, who will turn 86 this fall and who still performs monthly in St. Louis, back for one more encore. He can still do his "scoot" and mows his own lawn to boot.

Looking good! This is a great idea for us now --- and perhaps someday our great, great grandchildren will do their genealogy and look for internet archives - and this website - to see what our lives were like way back when!
